RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Red Otter Farms Private Limited is committed to delivering fresh, high-quality produce and food products. Given the perishable nature of many of our offerings, this Returns and Refunds Policy has been designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

For perishable products such as fresh fruits, vegetables, greens, and similar items, returns are not accepted once delivery has been completed. If you receive products that are damaged, spoiled, missing, or incorrect, you must notify us within twenty-four hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team and sharing relevant photographs and order details. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or a refund, in full or in part, depending on the nature of the issue.

For eligible non-perishable products, return requests may be raised within five days of delivery, provided the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs for such products are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Approved refunds are processed within seven to ten business days from the date of approval. Refunds are ordinarily credited to the customer’s internal wallet or store credit account. If the internal wallet has not been activated, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received before harvesting, processing, or packing has commenced. Orders that have already been harvested, packed, or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Refunds or replacements may be declined in cases where products have been consumed or discarded, claims are raised beyond the prescribed timelines, or sufficient evidence is not provided. This policy does not affect any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable laws.
